Here's how it works:
1) Online Self-Study Pre-Work (90 min)
Start strong with a focused 90-minute overview. You'll learn how primary care PT is defined and leave primed with ideas to build on during the live workshop.
2) 1-day Live Zoom Workshop (8 hours) - Wed, May 20, 2026
Join a one-day, interactive Zoom workshop featuring “boots-on-the-ground” experts from diverse primary care PT settings. Collaborate, ask questions, and start developing strategies you can immediately bring back to your organization.
3) Wrap-Up Work: Focus Groups & Proposals (5 hours)
After the live workshop, you’ll be ready to turn ideas into real-world action. You’ll choose the direction you want to pursue first (options below), then complete online self-study modules and collaborate with dedicated focus group leaders and peers to build out a complete program proposal over a two-month period. Submit your finalized proposal for review and feedback by focus group leaders.

1) Who are the speakers?
A finalized list of speakers and topics will be available here no later than Jan 1, 2026! But I promise... it's a great list representing a wide variety of business and clinical backgrounds!
2) Will I get CEUs?
PT/PTAs licensed in certain states that complete this workshop will have CEUs approved. Scroll down for more details. A final schedule with contact hour calculation will be released no later than Jan 1, 2026.
3) I'm an educator, researcher, clinician or student - is this workshop right for me?
While this course was designed specifically for business leaders with decision-making authority in clinical organizations, it is still an excellent opportunity for educators, researchers, clinicians and students to learn more about what's going on in primary care PT and how businesses can steer implementation efforts.
4) Will military or VA models be represented?
We are so grateful to our military and VA primary care programs which have paved the path for us! However, this workshop will focus exclusively on healthcare organizations in the civilian sector, as this is where we will have widespread impact.
5) Cancellation & Refund Policy
All sales for online courses are final and no refunds will be granted. Enrolled participants receive access to courses for 1 year from the time of purchase. If they do not complete the course in this window, they may request a 1-time 2 month extension by emailing [email protected]. Additional monthly payment options are available to maintain course access beyond the initial term.

If Redefine cancels a live course, you will be issued a full or partial refund depending on which portion(s) are cancelled, unless the reason for cancellation was outside of Redefine’s control.
